Registration

Registration Policies:

1. Teams will be formed to assure proper balance of teams within each age division. For this reason, we cannot accept coach requests.

2. Coaches may only specify to have their own children on their team, provided they are within the proper age range for the division the parent is coaching.

3. We will do our best to place siblings on the same team, IF they are eligible for the same age division. Player divisions are made according to age and skill test level, and there can be vast size and skill differences between age groups that make it unsafe for children to play in an age division other than their own.

4. Because practice nights are up to the coach, we cannot guarantee practice night requests.

5. Once uniforms are ordered, teams are final.

6. Parents will need to provide a birth certificate of any new players. You can Upload a pic of he birth certificate by logging into your account on this website. Click on the Pencil next to your player's name to edit. Scroll down to the date of birth and there should be an upload button. Also, click on the save/update button. Once uploaded, an AYSO board member will review and then delete the certificate for security purposes. Or you may bring a copy to the first practice and we will verify in person.

Concussion forms, to be signed by both player (all ages) and parent, are required annually. Please see Forms/Docs tab where one is attached.

Fees:

6U: National Fee: $20.00 & Region Fee: $15.00 totaling: $35.00
8U and Up: National Fee: 20.00 & Region Fee: $25.00 totaling: $45.00

$20.00 player fee to National is included in the registration price. This fee is NOT refundable.

We will only be able to accept credit/debit card payments. You may purchase a pre-paid credit card to use for purpose of payment. Your billing information must match that of your credit card exactly. If your middle initial appears on your card, then you must include it beside your first name. Failed transactions usually mean that information you have within your account does not match.

Age Division

AYSO registration will place kids in divisions by BIRTH YEAR. Please see the updated chart below for 2018-2019 to see what division your child will be in.

Refund Policy

1) The National fee ($20.00) is non-refundable.

2) Any player who attends at least one practice and/or one AYSO team event and/or game is no longer entitled to a full refund. Full refunds will not be considered once uniforms are ordered.

3) A partial refund may be considered within the first three weeks of the season, minus the cost of the Soccer Accident Insurance (SAI) and a nominal administrative fee.

4) After the first three weeks of the season, the Regional Board may not consider player fee refunds unless special circumstances warrant consideration. The special circumstances request must be presented to the regional board in writing.

5) All refunds must be requested in writing, and a self addressed stamped envelope provided in order to return the fee if circumstances do not permit the payment be made in person.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION

Region 1663 offers plenty of ways to volunteer and we always need the help. If you are interested, we would love to have you!! You will need to register to be a volunteer which can be tricky with a new website. For help, please follow the linked document below.
